Saint Tonis College Incorporated (STCI) held its solemn Baccalaureate Service for the graduating class of 2025, marking a moment of spiritual reflection and gratitude before commencement.
ย
The ceremony began at 8:30 a.m. with the Lighting of Candles by Ronna Mae B. Gavino and Norjoelynne G. Sanidad, symbolizing the guiding light of wisdom and faith. This was followed by the Processional, with the entrance of the graduating class, worship participants, school administrators, faculty, and guests.
ย
Princess Nelliette Aquino, led the call to Worship and the Invocation, setting a solemn tone. Rev. Delrio G. Jamandre, who also served as the Messenger, gave the words of assurance and forgiveness.
ย
Dr. Kathleen Rose L. Guimbatan, School President, welcomed everyone warmly, followed by greetings from Dr. Rosiebille C. Galban, Vice President for Academic Affairs. Queenie Diana Rose P. Zalun shared the Message of Thanksgiving, while Mayeth T. Valdez gave a heartfelt Scripture Reading. Rev. Delrio G. Jamandre also delivered a message where he encouraged the graduates to step into their future with faith and purpose. Throughout the service, the STCI Chorale led the congregation in meaningful hymns and responses.
ย
A notable part of the program was the Litany for the Graduating Class, delivered by the college deansโ€”Constancio K. Balbin, MSN; Sherry Mae Edades, MSIT; Jane T. Ambatali, MSHM; and Mayeth T. Valdez, MSTE. Each offered blessings and prayers for every graduand, emphasizing shared strength and purpose beyond academic divisions.
ย
The service concluded with the Consecration of the Graduating Class and Closing Prayer, both led by Rev. Roy Dapeg Jr., as the graduates were sent forth with faith, hope, and a renewed sense of mission.
ย
The Baccalaureate Service stood as a meaningful prelude to graduationโ€”an occasion that honored not only academic success but the spiritual journey that led each student to this milestone.
